Needham Library Offers Chromebooks To Check Out

Funding from the Library Foundation helped bring Chromebooks to Needham Library.

NEEDHAM, MA β€” With the Needham Library closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, some residents haven't been able to get their computer work done.

To close the technology gap, the library has acquired five Chromebooks. They must be picked up between noon and 2 p.m. on Monday and returned by 3 p.m. on the following Friday, though they can be requested for a second week.

The library staff will quarantine the Chromebooks for seven days in between check-outs. All the Chromebooks can be connected to any Wi-Fi network and have video cameras.
