Needham's Top 10 Fastest Men And Women: Boston Marathon Results

NEEDHAM, MA — This year's Boston Marathon saw 42 Needham runners power through the 26.2-mile race all the way to the finish line. They're all heroes in our book, but the top finishers deserve a shout out.

Patrick Caron was Needham's fastest runner with a time of 2:29:03, crushing his last year time of 2:47:13. The fastest woman was Katie Lynch, 40, finishing with a time of 3:32:28, who also drastically improved from her 2018 time of 3:43:11.
