WATCH: Needham Boys' Volleyball Heading To State Championship
The Rockets will play Westfield at Worcester State for the state title Thursday night.
NEEDHAM, MA — The Needham boys' volleyball team is now a match away from bringing a state championship home.
The Rockets advanced to the state final Monday night, beating Bay State Conference foe Natick 3-1. The Rockets will play Westfield at Worcester State for the state title Thursday night.
After dropping the first set 24-19, the Rockets came back to win three straight sets, including a 25-15 in the fourth set.

Thursday's final will be Needham's third in the past four years and a win would give them their first state title since 2015, when they beat Westfield 3-0.
