When Will the Fall Foliage Peak?

Fall is a time of apples, warm cider and vibrant colors. But if you wait too long to get out of town and go take in the colors, you might miss them. Fortunately, there's a solution.

Yankee Magazine — in conjunction with MaineFoliage.com — has published a map that lets you see the fall foliage as it is forecasted to peak and move through New England. Now you can hit play and see where is best to head during a particular weekend, or what day to set aside for a long car ride through the country.

If you find some outstanding foliage, you can also share the photo with Yankee Magazine on another interactive map they have of the foliage as it unfolds or on their Facebook page.
