$16M Private Home On 82 Acres Is Priciest New Real Estate Listing

Eight homes with asking prices of more than $3 million hit the Massachusetts real estate market over the last week, according to realtor.com. Those listings do not include homes that went for sale in Suffolk County, which you can see here.

The most expensive of those homes — a $16 million giant estate — popped up in Berkshire County, which isn't exactly Newton when it comes to high-priced real estate. It's by far the most expensive listing in the Berkshires.

Speaking of Newton, a $12 million colonial inspired by Spanish Mediterranean missions hit the market in Chestnut Hill.
