Bon Me To Close 'Tricky' Chestnut Hill Restaurant
The restaurant wasn't doing well in that spot, owners said.

CHESTNUT HILL, MA β Bon Me we hardly knew ye. After three years in Chestnut Hill, the Asian-inspired food truck turned brick and mortar restaurant is closing its spot at the Chestnut Hill Square shopping area. The restaurant owners announced the decision Tuesday, siting the location as a "tricky" one.
The last day to get a Bon Me or bowl will be August 26. The restaurant said staff will be offered positions at other Bon Me restaurants or food trucks.
But this doesn't mean the end of Bon Me. The restaurant is opening two new restaurants this fall in Longwood Medical Area, and Harvardβs new Smith Campus Center, and will be refocusing efforts on these locations, according to a letter to the community.
