A Newton woman's dream to get into NYU's Film and Television School, but now she has to pay for it.
Helena's mother started a GoFundMe.com campaign to get some help paying for her tuition at NYU.
"Being admitted to the NYU Tisch School of the Arts' Kanbar Institute of Film & Television was, for her, better than winning the lottery. Sadly, we did not win the actual lottery and a degree from NYU costs a small fortune," wrote Linda Emmanuel on GoFundMe.com.
