Panera Bread Boston Support Center Is Moving To Newton

NEWTON, MA — Davis Marcus Partners announced that Panera Bread will be taking over 39,000 square feet of office space at 1210 Washington Street in Newton, according to Boston Real Estate Times.

Already home to other restaurants, tech stores, and retail shops, Washington St is the perfect pit stop off of the Mass Pike or a great meeting spot for Boston, Waltham or Watertown. The 39,000 square foot space has an exposed brick-and-beam styled interior.

Panera Bread will be joining current tenants Rockport and Videolink at 1210 Washington Street.
