Newton, MA – Metro West Collaborative Development is currently accepting applications for one-, two-, and three-bedroom affordable apartments in Newton.

The units will be awarded through a lottery; the following income limits apply, according to the Newton city website:

• 50 percent of area median income (AMI): $34,350

• 80 percent of AMI: $51,150

• 85 percent of AMI: $58,395

2 Person:

• 50 percent of AMI: $39,250

• 80 percent of AMI: $58,450

• 85 percent of AMI: $66,725

3 Person:

• 50 percent of AMI: $44,150

• 80 percent of AMI: $65,750

• 85 percent of AMI: $75,055

4 Person:

• 50 percent of AMI: $49,050

• 80 percent of AMI: $73,050

• 85 percent of AMI: $83,385

5 Person:

• 50 percent of AMI: $53,000

• 80 percent of AMI: $78,900

• 85 percent of AMI: $90,100

6 Person:

• 50 percent of AMI: $56,900
