Newton Zip Codes Among Most Expensive in Massachusetts, Study Says

NEWTON, MA – Two of the 10 most expensive zip codes in Massachusetts are in Newton, according to real estate website PropertyShark.com.

Zip code 02468 landed at No. 3 with a median sale price of $1,331,000, while 02459 came in at No. 7 with a median sale price of $1,050,000. The remaining Newton zip codes all cracked the top 50, with two in the top 25.
