Wayland Police responded to a call on Dec. 5 regarding a someone who really wanted their coffee to go. According to the police log, the caller reported that someone had possibly stolen a single Keurig coffeemaker: http://patch.com/A-0hJx

Watertown Police caught a Waltham couple believed to have robbed a Citizens Bank located in a Stop & Shop with help from a witness who says s/he saw the man climb into the trunk of a car parked in the fire lane in front of the supermarket: http://patch.com/A-0bD1

A bad day gets worse

At 3:33 p.m. on Dec. 5, Woburn Police were dispatched to a three-car accident on Salem Street. According to police, one woman admitted she caused the chain reaction accident because she was “crying due to a bad day at work.” That woman was cited for failure to use care and caution: http://patch.com/A-0fSb

Stop-and-go Hit-and-run

Needham Police took a report of a hit-and-run crash on Central Avenue at about 6:15 p.m. on Nov. 22. They learned that a 74-year-old Central Ave resident had accidentally confused the brake with the gas, and accelerated rapidly into a handicap ramp, bush and railing at the side of the building: http://patch.com/A-0cJs

Concord Police at noon on Nov. 30 responded to a report of a blue Smart Car driving on Thoreau Street, going about 30 miles per hour as two teens on skateboards held on to the vehicle as it traveled toward Route 2: http://patch.com/A-0gW4
