Power Problems Plague MBTA's Green Line In Newton
Shuttle buses are being used in both directions between Reservoir and Newton Highlands on Wednesday morning.
NEWTON, MA β There were more delays on the Green Line Wednesday morning with the MBTA announcing that shuttle buses were being used in both directions of the D Branch between Reservoir and Newton Highlands due to a power issue. The MBTA advised to expect delays.

The MBTA reported about 9:45 a.m. that full service had been restored.
This comes amid track replacement work that will also force the use of shuttle buses between 8:30 p.m. and close Monday through Friday this week.
