Reason for running: I like the feeling of accomplishment!

Training tip: While training plans are very helpful, they aren't tailored to each person individually. Listen to your body and don't push too hard! Often times, injuries occur between the 17 and 21 mile "long runs" because our bodies aren't used to the mileage. Consider swapping out a few miles for comparable times on a bike, elliptical or in the pool! This will help keep your legs in good shape.Β

Qualified runner or charity bib? Charity bib for American Liver Foundation's Run for Research. For more information on Rossman's run, check out her fundraising website.
