Teenagers are the other focus. They can participate inΒ exhibitors’ enriching and fun activities, andΒ theyΒ can also learn how toΒ navigate the challenges of academic, peer, and societal pressuresΒ in order to stay safeΒ and healthy. Art Reception for Photography Exhibit on North Korea

The Newton Free Library hosts an artist reception on Wednesday from 7-8:30 p.m.Β All are welcome to the reception forΒ Photographer, lecturer and international business leader Dick Simon'sΒ art show "North Korea: Beyond theΒ Headlines." The show will be on view through January 30.

Musicians Paddy Keenan and Jimmy Noonan play at theΒ Walsh Hall Function Room atΒ Boston College on Thursday from 6:30 p.m. HearIrish music on uilleann pipes, flute, whistle. The concert is free.

Babysitter Lessons & Safety TrainingΒ 

BabysitterΒ Lessons and Safety TrainingΒ is an American Academy of Pediatrics courseΒ that covers how to handle the basics of infant and childcare, how to reactΒ 
responsibly to medical emergencies and injuries, perform first aid for commonΒ 
childhood injuries and illnesses, and set up and run your own babysittingΒ
