Vaccination Clinic At Newton North This Weekend

NEWTON, MA β The city is holding a vaccination clinic in Newton for anyone 12 and over Saturday and Sunday.
The clinic is part of a partnership with the Holtzman Medical Group, the Cityβs Health and Human Services staff, and the Newton Public Schools.
The effort is in part to facilitate students to have easy access to the vaccine, but it's open to anyone eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.

Those interested should register at www.holtzmanmedical.org/school and choose a time between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. May 22 or May 23 to get their first dose.
Students must be pre-registered and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The city is asking if you drive, that you park in the parking lot along Lowell Avenue at Newton North High School, and go inside through the glass doors facing Lowell Avenue. Check-in is in the main lobby and the clinic is in the cafeteria. Here is a map.
The clinic will pop up again for a second dose the weekend of June 12. And you will be asked to schedule an appointment for the second dose immediately after the first dose.
What to bring: This pre-vaccination screening form filled out. If you are unable to print at home, blank forms are available on site. The clinic asks that those under 18 have their parents complete this informed consent form.
