Warrant Issued for Arrest in Connection with Missing Woman
Police have issued a warrant for David Collignon who is believed to have taken Beth Birnbaum, 62, from the CareOne Health Facility.

NEWTON, MA - Newton Police have issued an arrest warrant for David Collignon for assault and battery on a disabled person. Anyone with any information on Collignon's whereabouts is urged to call Newton Police.
Collignon is believed to have taken 62-year-old Beth Birnbaum from the CareOne Health Facility Tuesday afternoon.

Collignon, an acquaintance of Birnbaum's, reportedly visited her earlier in the day and was told she could not leave the facility. Employees noticed she was missing around 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon when they found her wheelchair outside of the building, multiple news outlets reported.
Police say Birnbaum has medical needs and was not signed out of the facility.
