An application process has opened up to possibly land a low-income housing spot in town.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — The application process for an affordable housing opportunity is opening up in town. The home for sale is 70 May Street, and it can be had for $200,000. It is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-family home.

There are two application seminars coming up, both on Town Hall: Aug. 23 at 5:30 p.m. and Aug. 30 at 6 p.m. Attending one of the seminars is required.

To be eligible you must be a first-time homebuyer (having not owned property or having not owned a home in the last three years) and make less than: 2 people - $54,400; 3 people - $61,200; 4 people - $68,000; 5 people - $73,450.
