2 Hospitalized After Rollover Crash On I-290 In Northborough

NORTHBOROUGH, MA — A dump-truck towing a construction vehicle crashed on Interstate 290 Tuesday morning. The crash happened on the eastbound side of the highway just before the Church Street exit.

The Northborough Fire Department was at the scene; the two people inside of the truck were taken to UMass Medical Center in Worcester, according to Northborough fire officials. The truck was towed from the scene, the crash is still under investigation.

The crash was cleared just after 10:30 a.m. Fire officials said they spent about an hour and a half on scene.
