Support the Senior Center by Buying a Brick

It is March, and that means the Friendship Brickway fundraiser is back on to raise money for the Northborough Senior Center. According to the Friends of the Northborough Senior Center website, the fundraiser starts in March and ends on June 1.

Money is raised when supporters buy a brick, which ultimately is added to The Friendship Brickway at the center. Said bricks can be engraved and commemorate a variety of special occasions and people. 

"To date, 120 messages have been 'bricked' in front of the Senior Center," says the website, "and the annual Northborough High School alumni reunion last fall generated orders for six more to be installed this year. The bricks commemorate occasions and places, pay tribute to special people, or honor the memory of loved ones."

The donation is $100 per prick, and for an additional $20, you can order a brick replica.
