Calling Hours This Week for Former Westborough Police Officer

R. Charles Boone, 67, of Ft. Myers, FL, formerly of Westborough and Northborough, passed away on September 12, 2014 in Florida.

Charlie was a member of the Westborough Police Department for 33 years prior to his retirement.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Riley and step father, William Riley of New Hampshire; three children, Connie Boone of Clinton, Charlie Boone of Marlborough and Ashley Boone of Ft. Myers; two step-children, Angela Elliot of TX and Alyssa Daniels of Rye, NH; four brothers, two sisters, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, Sept. 25, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough.
