Cannabis and the Teen Brain virtual workshop

Parents and caregivers of teens are invited to attend a free virtual workshop on Thursday, May 20, 7:30 pm about the impacts of cannabis.

The Northborough-Southborough Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition is sponsoring a free virtual workshop, Cannabis and the Teen Brain, for parents and caregivers of teens. The workshop will be held on Thursday, May 20, 7:30-9 pm.

Dr. Safdar Medina will be the speaker and will share a fresh perspective on today's cannabis and its impacts on teen health and adolescent brain development. Dr. Medina is the Pediatric Director of Tri-River Family Health Center in Uxbridge and Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
