The Town of Northborough is excited to announce it's first COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic. The clinic will be held at the Northborough Senior Center on Friday, February 5th from 9AM-12PM. Vaccine supply is limited statewide and we only have 100 appointments available this week. We anticipate running weekly clinics provided we are allocated vaccine from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

- APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED
- This clinic is for Northborough residents ages 75 and older. Proof of residency is required.

For those who struggle with the online registration process, family and friends may complete the registration for you. Make sure you have your health insurance card available when registering. Also, staff at the Senior Center (508-393-5035) are available to assist residents 75+ if technology is an issue.
Please bring your insurance card(s) and proof of residency. Some common examples of acceptable proof of residency documents include Driver's License, recent utility bill, recent phone bill or recent pay stub. If you are a registered voter in town, you do not need to bring proof of residency.
Please wear short sleeves. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
