Life Coach free presentation for women

Are you at a crossroad at work or transitioning to a new stage in your personal life? Are you moving up the career ladder or starting or changing careers? Do you feel "stuck" or feel you are missing something but not sure what direction to take to get the results you want?

Northborough Moms is hosting Marlana Valdez, who is working toward her certification as a life/career coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This is a free presentation. She will introduce you to all the benefits of coaching, discuss transitions that mothers have to make over their lifetime, and incorporate an interactive exercise to see how coaching can change your life.

She has a deep working knowledge of issues related to women's health and wellness and has worked with many emerging and established leaders in the business world.
