Northborough FD Hosts Holiday Toy Drive

The department will collect toys on Saturday and Dec. 5.

NORTHBOROUGH, MA — The Northborough Fire Department is collecting toys this year for children in need of some holiday spirit.

Northborough's Fire Station located at 11 Pierce Street, behind CVS, is again an official drop off site for the USMC Reserve Toys for Tots collection program. Due to COVID-19 concerns and to effect the safe delivery of toys, the department will only be collecting toys Saturday and Dec. 5 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on these two specified dates.

Bins will be located outside the front entrance of the Fire Station. The department said it hopes to resume traditional collection program in full in 2021.
