Northborough Soldier Killed in Afghanistan
NECN is reporting that a man from Northborough died in Afghanistan.
NECN is reporting that the U.S. Department of Defense confirmed that a Northborough soldier was killed on Sept. 4 in Afghanistan.
Spc. Brian K. Arsenault, 28, was killed after sustaining injuries when his unit in Ghazni was involved in small-arms fire.
Arsenault, who was based in Fort Bragg, was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, said the News Observer.
