Public Notice - Proposed Fiscal Year 2021 Assessments In Town Of Northborough
Public Disclosure is from October 13 until October 19.

The Northborough Board of Assessors is completing its 5-year certification program with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue to reassess all properties. The State’s audit certifies that assessed values were derived using accepted mass appraisal practices to reflect “Full and Fair Cash Values” that are uniformly and equitably applied to all properties. Market sales in calendar year 2019 were used to determine the assessments as of January 1, 2020 for Fiscal Year 2021.
