Relive The Comebacks Of The New England Patriots And Tom Brady

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—Overcoming Deflategate, legal battles, suspensions of quarterback Tom Brady and other problems have plagued our beloved New England Patriots.

The team rewarded the fans with two Super Bowl championships in three years, including the most recent remarkable, and unlikely, comeback. That's the title of Northborough author Vin Femia's new book, "Comeback!"

On Tuesday, Aug. 29, at the Northborough Senior Center's Bistro, Femia discusses his book and presents a slide show about these events of those two years and the ultimate triumph and redemption that came in the form of a 25-behind comeback in 2017.

According to the announcement, the book describes Tom Brady’s reaction when he first learned of the accusation, the Brady press conferences, the 2015 Super Bowl comeback win over defending champion Seattle, court hearings, how Goodell handled a similar accusation in 2016 involving another team, and the 2017 Super Bowl in which the Patriots won their fifth championship in the first overtime Super Bowl game ever.

The event includes a Patriots-themed dinner at 5:30 p.m. followed by a 6:30 book talk and Q&A session.
