Town Hall Offices Reopening Guidelines:

Monday May 17, 2021, the Northborough Town Hall Offices will fully reopen to the public. Town officials strongly encourage the continued use of online services when possible.

Guidelines for Visiting the Town Hall Offices:

• Masks will be required to enter the building except where unsafe due to a medical condition or disability.
• Please make every effort to limit your visit to 15 minutes or less. If you think you need more than 15 minutes, please call ahead.
• Visitors may be required to sign in at the department they are visiting for contact tracing purposes.
• Most offices have been reconstructed to provide assistance through service windows at each department’s door. Please use the service windows where feasible.
• If you are feeling sick, please stay home.

Town Hall Offices hours of operation are:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Northborough Library hours of operation are:

• Monday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Monday evenings 5p.m. – 7p.m.

Northborough Senior Center hours* of operation are:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon*currently the building is only open for limited programs which all require pre-registration.Check the website for updates.

• Wear a face mask when visiting the Town Hall Offices.
• Socially distance when able.
• Wash your hands.
• Look out for symptoms and stay home if you are feeling sick.
