What's Open, Closed On Christmas Day In Northborough

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—Administrative offices in Northborough close for the Christmas holiday starting on Friday, Dec. 22 (they are not open at all this day), and do not reopen until normal business hours on Tuesday, Dec. 26. There is no trash pickup on Dec. 25 and pickup is delayed by one day the remainder of the week.
Town Hall is also closed on Monday, Jan. 1, for New Year's Day.
Northborough schools have a half-day on Dec. 22 and then close for the following week. Schools reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2.

- Post Office: Closed
- Restaurants: Open at owner's discretion
- Retail stores: Open at owner's discretion
- Supermarkets: Closed
- Liquor stores: Closed
- Banks: Closed
- Gas stations: Open
- Movie theaters: Open
The MBTA will be running on a Sunday schedule on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
