Youth Football Offers Flex Football for Grades K-3

Northborough Southborough Youth Football and Cheer Association (NSYFCA) now offers Flex Football as an option for players in grades K-3. Flex is a hybrid of flag football and tackle, meant for players who want to learn football skills in a non-tackle environment. The limited-contact football game incorporates soft-shelled helmets and shoulder pads.

Players can still play tackle football at 2nd and 3rd grade if they or their parents choose, but now have the option for Flex Football as well.

There will be a Parents Information Night on April 29th from 6:30-7:30 at Melican Middle School if parents would like to learn more about the program.
