BLC Notice to Demolish 7 Apartment Buildings Within Anne M. Lynch Homes In South Boston

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application from Dara Kovel with Beacon Communities Services LLC to demolish seven apartment buildings within Anne M. Lynch Homes at Old Colony Final Phase Redevelopment between E. 8th Street and Columbia Road, and between Mercer and Old Harbor Streets in South Boston, 02127.

We post each complete Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has 10 calendar days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural, or urban design significance.
