Celebrate your Italian heritage: Governor Deval Patrick and Consul General of Italy Guiseppe Pastorelli will be kicking off Italian Heritage Month, beginning today, on the State House Grand Staircase beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Learn about the North Bennet Street School development project: The Boston Redevelopment Authority will hold a meeting tonight in the Nazzaro Center at 6:30 p.m. to update residents about the rehabilitation plans for the trade school’s new space.
