City Offers Restaurant Initiative

The Restaurant Initiative provides comprehensive resources to new and expanding neighborhood-based restaurants and eligible projects can receive assistance in the form of:

Business Assistance – Constructing a business plan, marketing suggestions, technical advice

Permitting and Licensing Assistance – Guidance to help navigate regulatory requirements

Design Assistance – Signage, logos, store front improvements

Storefront Improvement Grants – Matching grants to improve the look of your storefront including signage, awnings, lighting, windows, and complete façades

Funding Assistance – Guidance connecting to resources to fill your financing gap to ensure qualified projects happen

Liaison to City Departments – Assistance connecting you to the right City departments based on your needs
