Health, Paying Attention

This week, we had particular favorites.

Heather Logrippo instructed us on learning to pay attention. She was busy during the holidays but learned about something important: she needs to pay attention when people tell her things and Heather shared that knowledge with us.

And Thomas wrote about making ourselves better.

He advises that whatever we want to do (either quitting something or working toward a meaningful achievement), it should be accountability.

Thomas also advised how any New Year’s resolutions we make have to be resolute.

He believes the term is a strong and influential word and tells us not to be frightened.

Change is one of the few things in our lives we can always count on, Thomas explained.
