Mayor Thoman Menino will celebrate PayPal's relocation to the Financial District this evening. At 6:30 p.m., he will attend the PayPal Ribbon Cutting at One International Place on Floor 6. The mayor will be joined by PayPal General Manager Walt Doyle, PayPal COO David Chang, Housing and Economic Development Secretary Greg Bialecki, and StubHub CTO Raji Arasu. PayPal has relocated its 160 full-time employees from the North End to its new 65,000-square-foot space at International Place.
