Joseph P. Cuetara of Commercial Wharf was on the list.

He may very well like Zumba but wasn't seeking classes at the studio in Kennebunk, Maine.

On Tuesday, Maine Superior Court Justice Thomas Warren revised his October 15 order which had limited the public disclosure to names only of the first group of defendants to allow the Police Department to disclose also the home addresses and ages of the defendants. As a result, the Police Department amended its disclosures.

Tibbett wrote that this week and in the ones ahead, individuals allegedly involved in this case have been or may be served summonses by the Kennebunk Police Department, and as such, the names of those individuals will be released in the regular semiweekly Kennebunk Police Department report in accordance with the department’s regular practice of updating its “police blotter”.

He asked that people be mindful of the presumption of innocence under the law. "A summons is not a conviction; it is only a charge. No one should pass judgment prematurely on those to whom a summons is issued," Tibbett wrote.

The Town of Kennebunk is not commenting on any names released.

On October 10,  police arrested fitness instructor Alexis Wright and charged her with with running a prostitution business out of her Zumba dance studio and filming the encounters.

"All of us who know and appreciate Kennebunk as the wonderful, family-oriented community it is are saddened by this situation," wrote Tibbett. "Part of the strength of our community, however, is our willingness to work through difficult times together while respecting each other’s privacy. We have every confidence that will be true in this instance as well."
