North End Music and Performing Arts Center Announces Fall 2013 Programs
The non-profit arts organization will hold an open house Aug. 22 and 24.

The North End Music and Performing Arts Center has announced its fall 2013 program lineup, including classes in theater, dance, Italian language and more.
The nonprofit NEMPAC aims to provide affordable, quality arts programming to residents in the North End and Waterfront neighborhoods, as well as nearby communities, according to their website, www.nempacboston.org. The center serves about 346 students weekly, including about 75 for private music instruction.
Fall 2013 offerings include a family music class, yoga and ballet for young children, rock band and strings classes for children and teens, acting fundamentals, Italian language courses for all levels and private music lessons for individuals or groups.

A full class list can be viewed above or on the NEMPAC website. Registration is due Friday, Sept. 6 or Friday, Aug. 30 for private music instruction.
NEMPAC will host an open house on Thursday, Aug. 22 from 5-6:30 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 24 from 9-11 a.m. at their headquarters in the Paul Revere Mall, near Hanover and Clark streets.
