District A-1 reported the following arrests and incidents for February 18-21:
Possession of Drugs
On February 18 at 6:15 p.m., a male suspect was arrested at 561 Commercial Street inside his Toyota Scion for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute by the A-1 Drug Control Unit.

Accident
On February 18, there was a motor vehicle accident on Hanover Street.

Destruction of Property
On February 18, police reported there was an arrest at 24 Cooper Street for willful and malicious destruction of property.
Threats/Bodily Harm
On February 19, police reported threats to do bodily harm at 99 Fulton Street.
Restraining Order
On February 19, police reported a violation of a restraining order on Clark Street.
Property Damage
On February 21, police reported a motor vehicle leaving the scene of property damage at 59 Hull Street.
