WalletHub: Boston Home to Nation's Healthiest Housing Market

Both foreclosures and new quarterly bankruptcy listings have reached their lowest rates since 2006 across the United States, according to the leading personal finance website WalletHub.

The website recently checked in on the health of the housing market in the county’s 25 biggest cities.

According to WalletHub’s findings, Boston is home to the healthiest housing market in the country.

WalletHub examined 10 key factors, ranging from the interest rate on a first mortgage to the percentage of households that received state or local assistance on their first housing loan.
