$4 Million Winning Lotto Ticket Sold in North Reading

Convenience Plus in North Reading sold a winning scratch off ticket.

NORTH READING, MA — One North Reading store had the lucky touch and sold a winning scratch-off lotto ticket — the ticket is worth $4 million. Convenience Plus, at 7 Main St. in North Reading, sold the ticket. The store will receive a $40,000 bonus for its sale.

Katana Nominee Trust of Hanover claimed the $4 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “100X Payout” instant game. The trust, represented by trustee David Spillane, chose to receive its prize in the form of a one-time payment of $2,600,000, before taxes.

One additional $4 million prize and seven $1 million prizes have yet to be claimed in the “100X Payout” $10 instant game.
