$6 Million Roast Beef Heist Leads to Arrests

Six million dollars would buy a lot of roast beef sandwiches. On Monday, that’s how much money the US Attorney’s office in Boston said was skimmed in cash receipts by the owners of Nick’s Famous Roast Beef in Beverly.

The two owners of Nick’s Famous Roast Beef in Beverly, and the wife of one of the owners, were charged in an indictment unsealed in U.S. District Court in Boston
