Assessor's List of Proposed Valuations for 2014 Available

The North Reading Board of Assessors has completed their State Mandated Triennial Revaluation of all classes of Real and Personal Property for fiscal year 2014. 

According to Assessor Debbie Carbone, values are derived from an analysis of 2012 valid market sales. 

"The real estate market for the Town of North Reading is considered to be strong and healthy," she said.

Residents can see the proposed value's at the Assessor's Office at Town Hall or on the town's website. Look at the Special Links in the middle of the page and follow the link to Property Record Cards. Enter your address to search for your home's value.

Monday             September 23        8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday             September 24        8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday         September 25       8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Thursday           September 26        8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Friday                September 27        8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

You can also see the values at the library during normal business hours.. 

*The proposed values have received preliminary certification from the Department of Revenue.
