Change Made to Filming Schedule of Jennifer Lawrence Movie

The North Reading Police announced the change on Sunday.

Winter Street will be closed on Monday and Tuesday for filming of a Jennifer Lawrence movie.

The main road, which is part of Route 62, will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. It will be closed at Winter and Park streets and Winter and Main streets (Route 28). Heav’nly Donuts, which is next to the filming location, will also be closed at those times.

The road was originally supposed to be closed on Wednesday, but North Reading Police announced on Sunday that the road will be open on Wednesday.

Additional filming at the location is planned for later in March at a time to be determined.

The road will be open to local residents on Monday and Tuesday, but drivers must enter and exit at Park and Winter streets.

The film, starring Lawrence, Bradley Cooper and Robert DeNiro, which has been going by the name of “Kay’s Baptism” and “Joy,” has also been shooting in Wilmington.
