A release from the folks at the North Reading Farmers Market:

Free Hot Dogs. Yarrow, the Balloon Man. A real, live alpaca from Everything Alpaca. Live music by Art Grossman and friends. These are part of what you can expect on Wednesday from 3:30 to 7 at the Ipswich River Park.

The North Reading Farmers Market is back every Wednesday for 10 weeks of summer, June 19 through August 28, excluding July 3rd. Del Sur Empanadas will serve their fresh hot Argentinian meat pastries. And since the Wednesday evening BBQs don't start until June 26, this may be your meal ticket. Organically grown produce from Gaouette Farm will appeal to people who want to be sure their food is grown without chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Appleton Farm will bring their bounteous array of fruits, vegetables and, new this year, meat. There will be pasta and fish vendors, bakers and craft makers, lemonade and community non-profit groups and children's activities.
