What does the nominee do for work?:
Cashiering and Food preparation
Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
The girls have stepped up their long hours helping a family business (Calaresos Farmstand) all while attending school, without any question regarding their own health. Madison is a senior and Katie and Christina are sophomores all at NRHS
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Their kindness. With long hours and busier than usual clientele the girls have not stopped going the extra mile with their kindness. They are understanding to the communities needs and sooth souls as much as providing nourishment to families on a daily basis. I have watched the girls tirelessly battle through their own emotions due to the pandemic and while at work they somehow tuck that away to present a calm, controlled and kind atmosphere. I am so proud of my daughters and am in awe of how they are helping in such a strange time.
