Town Assessor Begins Home Inspections

From The Assessor’s Office:

The Assessor’s Office is beginning the annual cyclical cycle of measuring and listing of properties.

Paula Berry is a private contractor hired by the town to measure and inspect the properties on the streets listed below:

• Wyoming Ave
• Westward Cir
• Wagon Dr
• Westchester Dr
• Cheyenne Dr
• Sunset Ave
• Shady Hill Dr
• Puritan Rd
• Pine Ridge Rd
• Sandy Ln
• Hillview Rd
• Eugley Park East & West

If you are not home, Paula will measure the outside of the home and leave a notice to contact the Assessor’s Office to set up an appointment for an interior inspection. The interior inspection takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes and is vital to ensure we have the correct data on record.
