Wintry Mix Could Make for Messy P.M. Commute in North Reading

Rain and snow could start falling this afternoon.

North Reading, MA - The skies were sunny on Tuesday morning, but it could be a different story in time for the afternoon commute.

The National Weather Service forecasts a fifty percent chance of rain and snow starting this afternoon.

By evening, temperatures will drop into the mid 20s and snow could accumulate up to an inch.

After midnight, wind could be the biggest issue, with gusts up to 40 mph forecast.
