Peabody Landlord Gives $30,000 In Rebates To Tenants
ViceRoy Capital Management acquired a $17.2 million portfolio of properties in Peabody last August.
PEABODY, MA — A major Peabody landlord said Thursday it has given its commercial and residential tenants $30,000 in the form of 10 percent refunds since mid-March.
ViceRoy Capital Management acquired a $17.2 million portfolio of properties in Peabody last August.
"In this time of crisis, ViceRoy recognized that for many of its tenants the $100 to $200 savings a month would be the difference in affording food and gas as many of our hard-working tenants have been directly affected by the virus, with either layoffs or reduced hours of employment,” Carl Valeri, managing partner for ViceRoy, said in a statement.
