New Kid on the Bluff

Joey McIntyre has bought a house on Manomet Bluff, and it's not a mansion on the hill, more of a quaint old-fashioned Cape.

According to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, McIntyre and his wife, Barrett, paid $450,000 for the house in November, the Boston Globe reports. Town assessing records show that the quaint five-bedroom Cape was built in 1897 and sits on almost an acre.

“We all know about it. Word spreads very fast here,” said Cindi Metro, owner of Metro’s Café, a breakfast-and-lunch place at 775 State Road, not too far from the blue-eyed singer’s new digs.
