Pauline Fournier Named Career Consultant

Pauline Fournier of Quincy, a career consultant and executive coach with more than 25 years of experience in business and coaching, has joined ClearRock, Inc., a Boston-based career transition, outplacement, leadership development, and executive coaching firm, as a Career Consultant.

In her role, Fournier will provide career consulting to professionals at all organizational levels to identify career options and to develop marketing, networking, interviewing and negotiating skills to position themselves as the best candidate for the roles they pursue. Pauline has coached clients around the world in industries such as life sciences, manufacturing, higher education, financial services, utilities and high tech.

“Pauline is known for the enthusiasm she brings to her work and her ability to motivate clients, while never losing sight of their individualism, personal situations or specific objectives,” said Laura Poisson, President, ClearRock. “Her optimistic perspective often helps clients see many additional possibilities.”

Fournier comes to ClearRock from Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading global talent mobility services company, where she started as a Certified Associate in 2009 before being promoted to Lead Consultant for the company’s Boston office in 2014. Prior to her work in career consulting, she was an IT professional, serving in roles from Help Desk Manager to Project Manager in a variety of industries, including information technology, manufacturing, financial services and medical devices.

“I think my style matches with ClearRock’s philosophy very well and I look forward to working with clients to help them find purpose, clarity and fulfillment in all aspects of their lives,” said Fournier.

Fournier earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University. She attended the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a Certified Professional CoActive Coach. She is also a graduate of the CTI Leadership program.
